Please place your orders at least 2-3 months in advance of any need by dates to ensure you get them on time.
Please also note that we are no longer taking custom order requests for orders of less than 100 items. Our MOQ for custom made-to-order manufacturing is 100 items per color or style changes. No exceptions!
Any item or color combination that is not readily available on our site is considered custom manufacturing.
This also applies to private-label bonnets where custom tags or logos are added. Blank items MOQs are as low as 10 pieces.
We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. Due to our current demand and the growth of the platform that our own branded items are available on, we can no longer accommodate smaller custom order requests unless you are a premium client needing 100pc of each item or more.
Premium client status requires a monthly membership of $50. The monthly fee is waved once your orders total $10,000 or more in any given calendar year and your previous subscription payment from the current year are refunded in the form of a store credit.
You can place your design meeting now to become a premium client if your product needs and budget meets our requirements.
There are no minimum ordering requirements for our print-on-demand design service. We create your designs for our design fee, and you are free to order any amount of items you need directly from the print-on-demand site once we release your designs.
