Service - Private Label Bonnets

Are you ready to begin your bonnet business? Allow us to sit with you and create the perfect bonnet for you and your customers.

Meet with us over the phone, virtually, or in person, if you are local (Lisle, IL or Kankakee, IL). Save when you book a virtual meeting. 

When booking if no time slots appear on the day you choose, there are no availabilities on that day. Please try the following week. We take appointments on Tuesday - Thursday.

The price includes:

  • Your design meeting with a Minovet Design Specialist (30 minutes)
  • Mockups of your design before manufacturing
  • One revision to your design before your sample is created
  • A physical sample of your item shipped to you for your evaluation
  • Product photos for you to start promoting your new item to your customers
  • Standard shipping of your sample item is included
  • A material allowance of $20
    • This typically covers your fabric costs for most of the items we create.
    • Specialty materials needed to manufacture your sample that exceeds the $20 allowance will be invoiced at cost (minus the allowance). Receipts will be provided for your records if applicable.

Please note:

  • This service is required for each new product you would like us to design for you. Adjust the quantity to cover all products you plan to create with us.
  • This service is required for all custom-made-to-order product planning, including creating items we already make if you are requesting custom color combinations or all-over print material.
    • If you choose to begin your bulk order without the need for samples, this fee will go towards your final purchase and is non-refundable.
  • A minimum of 100 items is required to create custom-made-to-order manufactured items.
    • If you do not intend to purchase at least 100 items (of each design) after your product designs have been completed, please do not purchase and sign up for this service. Our minimums must be met to manufacture new items that are not readily available. No exceptions.
  • If no samples are needed $50 of this meeting/service fee will be transferred to your final purchase of 100 or more items.

    We will provide a quote and fulfillment estimate when you are ready to place your full wholesale order. An invoice will be prepared for you upon acceptance of your quote.

    Please read before ordering:

    • This price includes 1 sample item. There is a $35.00 fee for each additional item.
    • If no samples are needed, $50 of this fee will be transferred to your final wholesale order. The remaining $25 covers the cost of your meeting.
    • A 48-hour cancellation notice is needed to reschedule your appointment at no cost to you.
    • *Reschedule requests that are given less than 48-hours to your meeting will incur a $25 rescheduling fee.
    • **No-shows forfeit their entire meeting fee. A new booking and meeting fee is required to rebook with us.
    • ***Unfortunately, multiple no-shows will result in your inability to book further meetings with Minovet.
